Jean-Yves BESSELAT s'est éteint ce matin, à la suite d'une longue maladie, à l'age de 68 ans, le jour où l'implantation au Havre d'un nouveau bâtiment de l'Ecole de la Marine Marchande était scellé par la signature d'une convention de financement entre la CODAH, la Région et l'Etat pour laquelle il s'était tant battu.
Jean-Yves BESSELAT, fidèle compagnon de route d'Antoine RUFENACHT, était député de Seine-Maritime depuis 1995 et a été Vice-Président du Conseil-Général de Seine-Maritime et conseiller municipal du Havre.
Jean-Yves BESSELAT a montré beaucoup de courage et de dignité face à sa maladie,
je m'associe à la douleur de sa famille.
