La CCI du Havre va construire une gare de péage plus grande sur la rive gauche de la Seine pour le pont de Tancarville.
L'objectif est de fluidifier le trafic en remplaçant l'actuelle gare située rive droite.
41 M d'euros seront investis, les travaux sont prévus en 2012-2013.

Et les gens de l'agglo qui partent en vacances ou vont travailler et se retrouvent derriere une queue de camions, ils seront pas mieux ?

Alors, il faut faire des choix, ils assument. Et la démocratie vous permet de les critiquer : ici, lors des élections, en vous investissant dans les structures type CCi au lieu de juste remettre en cause les choix....

Tous les accès au Havre depuis le reste de la Normandie sont payants. Est-ce normal ? Est-ce pour nous isoler ? Ces accès payants sont un frein considérable au développement économique havrais. de nombreux bas normands ou eurois de l'Estuaire, ne viennent pas faire leurs courses pour éviter ces péages coûteux. Je suis personnellement d'accord de payer pour un service mais au bout de 50 ans tout de même.

Par ailleurs, je ne vois pas en quoi le pont de Normandie serait moins pratique que celui de Normandie. Tout dépend où vous allez. Par exemple, si vous allez à Brest, vous constaterez que le pont de Normandie est le plus pratique. Vous constaterez aussi que passé Caen, vous n'avez pas beaucoup de péages pour emprunter les 4 voies.

Quant aux domaines de compétences, on peut aussi en parler. Pourquoi les Conseils Généraux dépensent des millions dans le développement économique, alors que c'est de la compétence des intercommunalités et des Conseils régionaux ?
Pourquoi certaines CCI facturent des prestations aux entreprises alors qu'elles perçoivent des produits de cotisations obligatoires ? Pourquoi d'autres CCI offrent des prestations gratuites, qui devraient être du ressort de cabinets privés, qui eux ne perçoivent pas de produits de cotisations obligatoires ?

Il y a du boulot, pour tout remettre en ordre ...

Que localement on cherche à développer tel ou tel axe me parait pas incompatible avec ca.
Et dans le cadre du développement économique de la région havraise (après les choix sur l'axe Nord- Bretagne, et en meme temps que le ferroviaire et le canal Seine Nord ) la problématique reste de faciliter le départ vers la région parisienne et son bassin d'emploi, et de consommateurs...
En tout cas, c'est un choix qui peut s'expliquer...

Bref... Vous avez certainement raison sur certains points, mais au dela des compétences des CCi que l'on peut remettre ne cause,ce qui m'apparait plus génant ici, c'est le mélange des genres, et d'en profiter pour demander un transfert vers le Chateau de Montgeon !

Pour moi, il a autant d'intérêt que le reste des routes nationales. D'ailleurs, il sert énormément à l'approvisionnement des consommateurs parisiens en biens importés.
Pour finir, vous avez raison : les contribuables de Bormes les Mimosas paient pour notre RN15, qui elle aussi est d'intérêt national. J'aimerais qu'ils paient aussi pour le Pont de Tancarville. Idem pour le Pont de Normandie, lorsque son financement initial sera amorti.

De nombreuses grandes villes françaises ont de bien meilleurs accès et gratuits. Cette situation fragilise Le Havre qui aurait bien besoin d'élargir sa zone de chalandise.
