le port et la grève... suite ou fin ?

grève du port est-elle inéluctable en septembre ?
D'après des infos que j'ai glané d'un côté ou de l'autre, il semble que les négociations avec les grutiers ont beaucoup progressé cet été et beaucoup des revendications des portiqueurs ont été acceptées :
- Détachement (et non transfert) des grutiers aux opérateurs portuaires (manutentionnaires) avec 10 années de garantie pour un retour au PAH.
- Prime de pénibilité
- Maintien des salaires
- Pas de licenciement.
Je ne sais pas si ces infos sont exactes, si oui alors il me semble que nous pourrions nous dispenser d'une paralysie complète ou partielle du port cet automne par une grève des grutiers.
En effet, le 4 ème trimestre est la période où les clients du port re-négocient leur contrat et décident de renouveller les lignes ou de les modifier. Par conséquent dans cette période critique l'installation d'une grève dure serait trés dommageable pour le port.

Mais pour quoi donc ont'ils allégés les gréves depuis mi juillet ? Il me semble qu'a cette époque j'ai vu à la TV le numéreaux 2 du pah nous expliquer qu'il y avait des avancées , fait relayés par les communiqués de la fnpd alors attendont la suite avant de s'emballer , sans doute certains souhaitent une grève dure mais sa me parait bizarre cette annonce
