Que
le Havre produise beaucoup de CO2 : ça on s'en doutait mais que le Havre
tente de positiver cet handicap ça
c'est assez malin.
En effet l'agence Le Havre-Développement, les grands industriels de la place se mobilisent autour de la création d'une filière CO2 au Havre.
L'Objectif à terme : mettre en place une technologie pour capter, transporter et stocker le dioxyde de carbone.
Pour se faire : un consortium réunissant industriels est en cours de constitution, le cabinet Geogreen a été chargé d'une étude sur le CO2 à l'échelle du territoire de la zone industrialo-portuaire.
Cette étude constituera l'un des éléments de réponse à l'appel à projets européens sur la construction de démonstrateurs.
Je pense que le Havre ne peux être insensible à la question du CO2 car sa zone industriel est un pôle important de rejet de CO2.
Rappelons que le CO2 n'est pas un polluant local
mais sa concentration sur la troposphère située entre 8 et 15
km de la surface de la Terre est responsable de l'effet de serre engendrant
le réchauffement de la planète.
La maitrise des rejets de CO2 n'est pas seulement un enjeu
écologique mais aussi un enjeu économique par la bourse au CO2
en place dans le monde économique.
