retour aprés le break des vacances.
Pour cette rentrée je creuse une remarque que l'on entend souvent au Havre :" la pollution augmente au Havre", "il y a un taux de mortalité et de morbidité plus forte à cause de la pollution".
Est-ce-vrai que la pollution est plus forte aujourd'hui qu'il y a 20 ans ? je n'en suis pas persuadé. et j'étudie la question.
plus de précision sur ce blog dans qq jours. Quels sont vos sentiments à ce propos ?

d'un point de vue personnel, du jour au lendemain je suis devenu asthmatique et allergique...je ne pense pas que ce soit normal.
d'un point de vue général, il y a moins de mauvaises odeurs au Havre et les activités industrielles sont plus surveillées.
d'un autre point de vue, la population n'est pas exemplaire en gestes de propreté, loin de là, ainsi vous vous baignez à la plage parmi sachets de bonbons et autres emballages, id dans les parcs, mauvais entretien automobile, gaspillage...

Avec une augmentation de +39% de la circulation automobile en 10 ans sur l'agglo havraise ca ne serait pas étonnant. La faute à la périurbanisation !
