La
revue Urbanisme, la Ville du Havre et l’Agence d’Urbanisme de la région du Havre
et de l’Estuaire de la Seine (AURH) proposent une fois par mois de 18 h à
20 h dans les salons de l'Hôtel de Ville, un cycle
de conférences intitulé « Petites leçons d’urbanisme
» dont l'entrée est libre et ouverte à tous.
Le premier intervenant est Thierry Paquot qui s'exprimera le 3 novembre sur le thème : "Qu'est-ce que l'urbanisme ? Pour une géo-histoire d'une impossible discipline".

je ne suis pas sûr que ces gens soient à même de nous expliquer ce qu'est l'urbanisme, surtout lorsqu'ils préfèrent construire des bureaux à vendre cher que des habitations à loyer modérées. Ah oui, ce n'est pas leur faute, c'est celle des décideurs...

Heureusement que les décideurs construisent des bureaux afin que nous pauvres petites secrétaires puissent travailler pour se loger dans des logements à loyer modéré. Existe t-il au monde, des villes ou communes avec uniquement des logements. Ah oui ! peut-être dans certains pays en voie de développement où l'on ne trouvent que des cases et pas de bureaux. LGV, tu devrais aller vivre là bas puisque tu sembles trouver cela mieux.
